Volunteering is at the heart of what we do. Without people willing to put their time and enthusiasm into helping our cause it wouldn't be possible to bring a smile to the faces of so many of the Midlands' children with special educational needs and disabilities.

Volunteer at an event

Our big events need up to 100 volunteers to mount, doing everything from stewarding to being a March Hare for a day! The Summer Tea Party has a range of stalls and activities staffed, and often even created, by the volunteers we have drawn from local businesses. It's a positive, fun experience for everyone.

Volunteer your expertise

We're a small team here, and we are always looking for people who are able to use their skills and expertise. If your business has specific experience in any area and would like to work with us please get in touch. Examples could be

• Fundraising experience is always welcome, or access to other organisations that might get involved
• Marketing and press relations would really help us get the word out about the work we do
• Teaching would help us prepare teaching packs, and develop new projects for our partner schools
• Media Currently we're really grateful for the students at Solihull College for making videos of our events, and even performing at the last one, but we'd be grateful for any help
